地球惑星科学専攻修士課程及び博士課程　学位記伝達式の実施方法の変更 
 Change in the Diploma Presentation Ceremony for the Master's and Doctoral students in the Dept. of Earth and Planetary Science due to the Novel Coronavirus

新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大を最低限に抑える観点から、理学系研究科博士学位記伝達式、地球惑星科学専攻修士学位記伝達式を中止し、以下のとおり学位記を受け渡しすることといたしました。

式典への参加を予定されていた修了者及びご家族の皆様には申し訳ありませんが、皆様の健康と安全を第一に考えた上でのやむを得ない措置である旨、ご理解賜りますようお願いします。
なお、今後の感染拡大の状況次第では、実施方法等が再び変更となる可能性がありますことを申し添えます。

【修士及び博士　学位記の受け渡し/Conferring of Diplomas - Master's and Doctoral　student】

日時：令和２年３月２３日（月）

修士　13：00～、博士　14:20～　

※各学生の受け渡し時間はこちらより確認ください。( 修士課程 / 博士課程 )
会場：理学部１号館中央棟３階３３６講義室
伝達方法：
・定めた受け渡し時間に会場に来ていただき、学生証と引き換えに学位記を受け渡します。
・学位記を受領しましたら、速やかに会場から退出してください。 

Date: 13:00~(Master),14:20~(Doctoral), Monday, 23 March, 2020
Venue:  Room#336, 3F, Central Wing, Faculty of Science Bldg. 1
How to deliver:  your diploma will be handed out in exchange for your student ID card at the venue.

【留意事項】

・伝達の際は、手洗い、手指消毒、マスク着用など、感染症予防の基本を励行するようにしてください。
・発熱、風邪症状のある時には登校を自粛し、経過観察をしてください。

[Notes]

・ When transmitting, be sure to follow the basics of infectious disease prevention, such as hand washing, hand disinfection, and wearing a mask.
・ If you have a fever or cold symptoms, please refrain from attending school and observe the situation.
