研究倫理宣誓書の提出について（令和3年度入学者）
Submission of Research Ethics Affirmation (Those who enrolled in AY 2021)


今年度の入学者のうち、昨年度までに「研究倫理」講義を受講した方は
指定フォームにて「宣誓書」に関する入力が必要となります。
修士/博士課程修了に必須となりますので、遺漏のないようご注意ください。

All students are required to take the “Research Ethics” lecture and submit affirmation.
If you enrolled this year and have taken the lecture  by the end of last year,
then you need to submit Research Ethics Affirmation.

Please note that there is no omission as it is essential for completing the master's/doctoral course.
