2020年3月修士課程修了予定者各位

2020年3月修士課程修了予定者は、専攻事務室で「学位記記載事項等確認表」を
受け取り、その場で、学位記の記載事項を確認してください。

氏名の外字表記の訂正や、生年月日の西暦表記等の希望がある場合は、
確認表に正しい記載事項を記入の上提出してください。

○配布・提出場所：　専攻事務室（理学部1号館811号室）

○提出締切：　2020年1月24日（金）


※この期間に提出がなかった場合は、学位記の作成ができません。
　必ずこの期間に記載事項を確認して提出してください。

※外国籍の学生の学位記は英文と和文の両方で発行されることになります。
　変更を希望する場合この期間に申し出ください。

※本郷以外に研究室があり、直接事務室にお越しになれない方は、
　ご連絡下さい。

To students expecting to graduate in Mar.2020,

We are currently confirming the personal details which will be given on 
the Diplomas and their certified transcripts.

Please come to the office of the Department of Earth and Planetary 
Science(Room 811, School of Science Bldg. 1) and
check the details given on the confirmation sheet form, submit any 
necessary changes.

※　If you don’t submit it during the period, we are not able to issue your diploma.
　    Please ensure that you submit it by 24th Jan.

※　We will issue your diploma both in English and Japanese if you are foreign nationality.

※　Please contact us if your laboratory is not located in the Hongo campus and you won’t be able to come to our office.
