Dear all,

The University of Tokyo Public Relations Office is pleased to invite you all to a workshop on how to tell the world about your research. This English-language event will be held on January 26, 2016 from 13:10-17:00 at the Hongo campus (Engineering Building No. 3 Room 31) and is open to all researchers and students at the University of Tokyo.

The organizers hope that the event will provide an opportunity to build networks between Japanese and foreign researchers, students and administrative staff engaged in research and research promotion.

Date: Tuesday, January 26th 2016
Time: 13:10 - 17:00
Venue: No. 31 Classroom, Graduate School of Engineering Building 3 (Talks and Q&A) Exhibition Room, Graduate School of Engineering Building 2 (Coffee break and Poster session)

Speakers:
* “Research at UTokyo: Letting the world know”, Jonathan Woodward, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences
* “Discoveries with the help of citizen science”, Anupreeta More, Kavli IPMU In addition there will be presentations and posters about how to promote your research.
