2021年度地球惑星科学専攻修士課程および博士課程 入学ガイダンスについて
2021 Orientation for New students in Master's and Doctoral Course in Earth and Planetary Science
理学系研究科では、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を防ぐため、学生証を含む必要な資料配付を対面で、進学ガイダンスをオンラインで実施することとなりましたので、下記の通り
お知らせいたします。
In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, the Graduate School of Science has decided to distribute necessary materials, including student ID cards in person and to provide orientation for new students online.
◆資料の配付/Distribution of materials◆
＊日時/Date and time：令和3年4月1日（木）/Thursday,April 1,2021
修士課程入学者/Master's course 13:00～
博士課程入学者/Doctoral course 15:00～
＊修士課程に引き続き、博士課程の資料配付を行います。
Distribution for Master's students are followed by Doctoral students.
＊各学生の資料配付時間はこちらでご確認ください。

学籍番号が不明な方は、下記連絡先までお問い合わせください。
If you are unsure of your student ID number, please contact us at the address

＊場所/Venue：理学部1号館336号室/Room#336,Faculty of Science Bldg.#1
＊配付方法/How to deliver
・定めた配付時間に会場に来ていただき、学生証を含めた資料を配付します。
Please come to the venue at the designated time for receiving materials
including student ID.
・博士内部進学者は修士課程の学生証と引き換えとなります。
Internal students will receive a new student card in exchange for the old one.
・資料を受領しましたら、速やかに会場から退出してください。
Please leave the venue upon receipt.
◆留意事項/Notes◆
・配布の際は、手洗い、手指消毒、マスク着用など、感染症予防の
基本を励行するようにしてください。
Prevent infectious diseases such as hand washing, hand disinfection, and
wearing a mask.
・発熱、風邪症状のある時には登校を自粛し、経過観察をしてください。
If you have fever or cold symptoms, please refrain from attending school and
observe the situation.
